A very good and powerful mill.
I use it for all my baking, and it will easilly grind through 2-3 kg of grain without getting too hot.

Hallo alle zusammen. Nach langem Überlegen, ob ich mir diese Getreidemühle Oktagon2 kaufen soll, habe ich mich schließlich dafür entschieden. Ich bin mehr als begeistert. Es ist wert jede Cent ! Vielen Dank 🤩
Bei mir zu Hause läuft jeden Tag eine Getreidemühle, ich kann einfach nicht aufhören, mit verschiedenen Getreidesorten zu mahlen und dann Brot/Brötchen zu backen. Es ist einfach verrückt, dass ich das nicht schon früher getan habe. Mein selbst gemahlenes Mehl zum backen Brot oder Brötchen schmeckt besonders gut. Auch der Sauerteig aus Vollkornmehl gelingt besonders.

Nachdem meine Vorgänger-Sauerlandmühle ihren Geist nach vielen Jahren guten Dienstes aufgegeben hat und es keine Ersatzteile mehr gibt, habe ich mich auf Empfehlung für die Hawos Oktagon 2 entschieden. Handwerklich wunderschön verarbeitet ein Schmuckstück an sich, mahlt sie angenehm geräuscharm und gut und schnell. Noch liegen keine Langzeiterfahrungen vor. Wir backen sehr viel: Brot, Brötchen, Kuchen, Pizza… mehr wird dazukommen (Pasta).
