An excellent wood mix for even longer durability and avant-garde restraint. The grinding chamber is made of hygienic, food-safe plastic. The direction of rotation of each wooden layer of the multiplex housing is turned by 90 ° and glued under extremely strong pressure. This creates a particularly high level of stability that cannot be achieved with unglued woods.
The hawos Billy 1 has the same motor and grinding performance as the Novum, Mühle 1, Queen 1 and Oktagon 1.

Ich bin unglaublich begeistert von meiner Billy 1! Ich backe seit einigen Jahren mein Brot selber und bin durch Dr. Bruker ( Vitalstoffreiche Vollwertkost) darauf aufmerksam geworden, frisch gemahlenes Vollkornmehl zu verwenden. Ich entschied mich aufgrund des guten Kundensupports für Hawos. Die Mühle kam bestens verpackt an. Eine Information lag bei, 3 Transportsicherungsschrauben vor dem Gebrauch zu entfernen. Die Gebrauchsanweisung und ein Imbusschlüssel lagen auch bei. Ein Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher lag nicht bei. Kein Problem. Schrauben entfernt, los gehts! Ich mahle feines Mehl (Gerste, Weizen, Roggen, Dinkel) auf feinster Stufe für Brot. Es duftet wunderbar und ist schön fein! Für den Frischkornbrei schrote ich auf Stufe 4. Es funktioniert alles bestens. Ich bin absolut begeistert!!!
